The houses for 1 euro in the town of Graffignano are an opportunity to obtain a property on a plateau overlooking the Tiber Valley. This small village in the province of Viterbo also offers the possibility of living near a castle (Castello Baglioni Santa Croce), and visiting the 15th century churches. Maenza is an ancient medieval village in the province of Latina and has defined its membership of the 1 Euro Houses project: "Pact for the Historic Center". Maenza is surrounded by nature and has a castle that also hosted St. Thomas Aquinas, the Baronial castle.
The Municipality has activated a practical guideline both for those who want to offer properties and for those who intend to purchase them at a symbolic price of 1 euro. C

Houses for 1 euro Patrica - Lazio

This municipality of around three thousand inhabitants currently offers thirty-eight properties for 1 euro. Pàtrica is a small village in the Sacco valley in the province of Frosinone. It is close to the Lepini Mountains, at 450 m above sea level. In the heart of Ciociaria, Patrica has the largest church in the Diocese of Ferentino, the Church of San Pietro.

In the province of Latina we have this town of six thousand people from the Mountain Community of Monti Aurunci
This country is closely linked to the two "patron" saints of doctors and pharmacists.
Saints Cosmas and Damian, also known as medical saints, were two Roman doctors, twins and older brothers of Saints Antimus, Leontius and Euprepius.
