It is a call for urban projects aimed at promoting resilient, zero-carbon urban regeneration in cities around the world and implementing the most innovative ideas to transform underused sites into beacons of sustainability and resilience.

The Municipality of Milan proposes "1 Euro Houses" for building land in which to build new zero impact buildings, in view of the Milan 2030 target.

The identified area is in Crescenzago
This area of approximately 13,000 square meters is close to the M2 metro.
Whoever wins it, in exchange, will have to build social and popular housing apartments in the nearby Via Civitavecchia.
In this case, more than the symbolic price of 1 euro, the Municipality of Milan aims to receive a redevelopment project that allows a rebirth of the entire area.
